Once a booking request is submitted, you will receive confirmation via email with the details of your tour or transfer. A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully completed and confirmation has been issued.
3. Payments

- Private Hopping does not store or process credit card details directly.
Prices displayed on the website are in euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the selected tour or service.

- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour may be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour may be non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
Any applicable refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Private Hopping reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational reasons.
In such cases, customers will be offered:
- an alternative date or tour, or
- a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for:
- providing accurate personal and booking information
- arriving on time at the designated meeting point
- following instructions provided by guides or drivers
- ensuring they are physically able to participate in the selected tour
Private Hopping is not responsible for delays or missed tours due to late arrival.

- personal injury, illness, or loss during participation, except where required by law
- loss or damage to personal belongings
- delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, force majeure)
Participants take part in tours and transfers at their own risk.
